Sourcing Manager
1. You will be reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.
2. Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.
3. You will also be responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity
4. This role also expects that the candidate is always at the lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
5. The candidate is also responsible for coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
6. Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
Closing sales Manager
Handling Sales at site office for a particular site or Project
Arranging site visits to clients and closure of Prospect deal
Regular sales calls and follow ups / update leads received and enter in CRM
Reporting to Sales Manager on daily Sales activities / Improvement areas/ Key client issues
Facilitating and providing necessary details of the projects to customers via E-mail/ Calls or Face to Face discussion
Independently conduct one on one customer walk through of Vacant units, answer quires regarding services and amenities of the projects
Participate in Exhibitions / Trade shows / Events etc. and promote our projects
Collections till Agreement signing stage & collective support
Providing assistance to client about the Home loans and co-ordinating with the Home loan team in getting the Home loan approvals
Generation of prospective clients and getting Referrals
A strong team player with the ability to Motivate teams of professionals towards maximum productivity with exceptional consensus building, negotiating & interpersonal skills & comprehensive problem solving abilities.
Management Trainee sales and marketing
To drive sales through various sales and marketing initiatives.
Drive the channel partners assigned to achieve the sales target.
Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
Define strategies for sale of all properties.
Responsible for handling direct enquiries from advertising & hoardings.
Responsible for handling Prospective Clients/ Corporate houses/MNCs Negotiating & Finalizing of sales transactions with interested clientele.
Managing extensive client relation exercises, liaisoning deals between the organization and clients, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads, and repeat business.
Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence
Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
Digital Marketing Manager
Setting up digital campaigns on various ad platforms, social media, and other online channels.
Analyzing data to understand user engagement, SEO, and trends and make adjustments to our efforts as needed
Analyzing and troubleshooting to identify performance issues and work to resolve them
Working with other team members to execute plans and strategies
Overseeing the content strategy and blog of the website
Collaborating with digital marketing agency partners
Working on boosting the overall SEO of the website.
Site head
Sales Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential. Develop, maintain and improve business relations with all customers.
Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
Drive Sales, manage product launch from start to finish as well as build and manage the brand. Budgeting and Cost Control Create the annual budgets with Cluster Head and Project Head Introduce cost control measures and ensure high profitability Process Improvement and People Management Establish operating mechanisms for the department and ensure all the SOPs are followed Ensure efficiencies by process improvement.
Manage and support recruitment, monitor overall team goals, conduct performance appraisals, ensure skill up gradation through internal trainings, seminars etc.
Drive engagement levels of the team, manage efficiency levels and drive timely delivery of all operational targets.
